Fortitude Brewing Co., one of the original craft breweries established in 2012, is proud to mark a bold step in its journey of “Inspiring an Attitude”. In late 2023 we released two new beers to start on this journey, COURAGE6 and SHŌRI ONE, which represent a reimagining of Fortitude’s brand identity. We no longer brew beer to a style; we are inspiring an attitude.

Since it’s inception, Fortitude has been known for its steadfast commitment to crafting traditional flavours that speak to the heart of brewing excellence. Fortitude’s legacy now emerges with a fresh perspective, to craft a new era of innovation, inspiration and authenticity. The ethos of strength and living life on one’s terms is encapsulated in our motto, “In Cerevisia Fortitudo”, translating to “In Beer is Strength”.

Fortitude Brewing Co. is a great place to just stop in any day of the week and enjoy some lunch with a beer. At the top of the mountain, we have over 15 beers on tap, a large selection of wine, cocktails and spirits, plus a pizza menu that is highly rated. With regular events on Thursday’s, open late on Friday and Saturday nights, there’s always something special to experience in our casual dining area.

Sit back and enjoy live music on the weekends with the family in this family friendly location. Our beers are full-flavoured and well balanced offering a taste of the mountain. Our core range beers are approachable for those looking for something familiar, but our extended range from our sister breweries Catchment and Ballistic offer the adventurous flavour chaser something unique. We also have a secondary brand called Noisy Minor which offers some very exceptionally tasting beers and are released a couple of times a year.
